Parkland Health Center Breaks Ground on New Medical Office Building

Monday, August 18, 2023, Parkland Health Center broke ground on a new 30,000+ square-foot Medical Office Building to house the hospital’s primary care services. The Medical Office Building will occupy one portion of the recently acquired seven-acre property adjacent to the hospital with a targeted completion date of November 2024.  

Located on Hazel Lane on the northeast corner of the property, this $23.1 million facility will house Parkland Health Center’s primary care services – including family medicine and internal medicine providers – and will also offer laboratory, imaging, and retail pharmacy services, including a convenient drive-through option for those utilizing the retail pharmacy. Upon completion, the facility will be able to accommodate up to 23 primary care providers and will free up space in the existing medical office building to add additional specialists.
