Devin’s nomination reads, “He is genuine in showing and delivering care to his patients. His patients are his absolute priority. He develops a relationship with them, and many patients have said that his friendly, caring personality makes them feel at ease. Devin demonstrates every one of our values just by being himself.”
“I was ecstatic and appreciative,” Devin said when he learned he had been selected as the May Our BJC Values employee of the month. “I am only as great as my team is. Nothing I do is done alone. I am beyond blessed to be part of such an amazing team.”
When asked what he likes most about his job, Devin said, “Anyone can make a patient’s stay memorable. It’s turning a negative situation into a positive experience for a patient that makes me proud to be a PCT. The connections we build with patients and being a part of their road to recovery are some of my favorite aspects of working in the health care field.”
