Dr. Michael Clippard, medical director, and Kathy Ferguson, nurse manager of Parkland’s emergency department, represent a large, interdisciplinary team of professionals who make up Parkland’s stroke team.
“A stroke is multifaceted and our interdisciplinary stroke team meets face-to-face every month to review data, improve processes and work together to provide quality emergency stroke care for our community,” says Ferguson.
