Classes

We are currently offering two, convenient online classes covering the important topics of childbirth and breastfeeding. You can register online or call 573-760-8500.

Childbirth

In this instructor-led online class, you will learn reasons to come to the hospital, what to expect during your hospital stay, the labor process, pain management, the types of birth, how to care for yourself after childbirth, and things to consider after delivery like breastfeeding and safe sleep.

Breastfeeding

This class is a great way to get a head start and learn the "how to’s" and the "what not to do’s" of breastfeeding. In this class you will learn how breastfeeding works as well as ways to help your milk supply. You will also learn several different positions that are ideal for breastfeeding. In this instructor-led class, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get a better understanding of why breastfeeding is so great for both mom and baby!
